I am a PhD trained and double board certified nurse practitioner, and pastoral counselor. More importantly, I have been where you are, and I am here FOR YOU as your functional medicine practitioner, coach, and Christian counselor

$250 for initial 90 minute deep dive
$150 for 60 minute follow-up consults

What To Expect
When You Become A Client
During the initial consultation, I will spend time getting to know you, your history and your goals to better understand how to approach your unique needs. The end of this consult is where I will share my thoughts and propose a plan for moving forward, be it 1:1 consults or a specialized program.
I may recommend supplements to aid in acute symptom management (such as sleep issues, anxiety depression, and digestive issues) and restoring balance before we move deeper into inner healing, relational, emotional and spiritual work. If we are addressing a physical illness I may recommend some labs to give us more information on how to move forward.
The next visit is typically done 1-2 weeks after the initial consultation and personalized protocols will be created based on your individual needs. It is at this visit that I recommend modalities to help you achieve your goals.
You will work closely with me over the course of your wellness journey. You will have direct access to me through messaging on your patient portal.
